I finally see why people use clarifiers, hehe. The Kolsh isn’t the prettiest looking beer, very cloudy and muggy, but it does taste like it’ll be great once it carbonates. So for my next light beer I’ll probably throw in some irish moss.
The final gravity was 1.010. Giving the Kolsh a decent 4.4% abv.
